How to incorporate bold colour into your home

More often than not, people will think about incorporating bold colour into their interior design scheme, but will end up going for something less 'out there'.

The trick with bold colour is to start small. This is where home accessories come in very handy. Try a brightly coloured ornament or a patterned vase for a small but powerful injection of colour.

If you're feeling quite apprehensive about incorporating bold colour, but you still want to give it a go, you can even buy brightly coloured candles which means that if you like it, you can keep it, and if you don't like it, you can just light it.

I got a neon pink candle from Paperchase in the shape of a tiger's head. I absolutely love how it fits into my colour scheme (it's against off-black walls) but it's nice to know that when I come to change it, I can easily get rid of it, and without any waste!

Take a look at our emporium to see some beautiful items that will add colour to your home and get in touch with us for any interior design help if you would like guidance on how to incorporate bold colour into your home.

Much love, Lucy and Nicky x
